How long does shipping take?
We do our best to keep our processing times to 1-3 days. All orders are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In anticipation of potential shipping delays, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?
We are able to meet customers in the Twin Cities metro area for order drop-offs, but this is by request only from the customer. Request must be made prior to placing order.
What is your return policy?
We are pleased to offer free returns within 15 days of your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@missypupandco.com.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on human apparel items within 30 days. This is dependent upon product being returned in good condition, and available shop inventory. Please email us at hello@missypupandco.com if you need an exchange.
