Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for orders over $50. All orders under that total will be charged shipping by weight.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that Missy and Heather have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We do our best to keep our processing times to 1-3 days. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?

We are able to meet customers in the Twin Cities metro area for drop-offs, but only at the request of the customer. You must contact us prior to placing an order if you'd like to meet to receive your order.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship within the United States at this time.

What is the return & exchange policy?

We are pleased to offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@missypupandco.com.

Items must be unused, and tags need to be attached in order to qualify for a return.
